Dear Sexy AF Intern,

I know you don't particularly care that I'm the CEO of this company, and you're just an intern. I also know you're not impressed by my power or my wealth, and that's fine.

You think you've got me all figured out from working alongside me for two weeks, but you don't know me. Not really.

You don't know that I'm a single dad to twin toddlers, or that those two little girls matter more to me than this entire hotel chain.

I'm not interested in starting something deep and meaningful, but what I am interested in is the way your body reacts to mine when we're in the same room. You probably assume the concentration on my face is work-related, when in reality, I'm figuring out which I want more--to nail you against the wall, or to bend you over my desk.

While you're too disciplined to act on it, I'm not. And the night you stepped into my limo, all bets were off.
I really like Kendall's hot jock series, so I decided to try one of her other books. I don't think this was the right one to start with. This book was just not for me.
I will say that mostly I really didn't like this book since it's NOT a standalone, it's actually a duet and it ends on a cliffhanger. I was starting to get annoyed with the plot and then it just ENDS! I wish I had know prior to going into it that it ends this way. I was so annoyed when I got to the end.

I like older man, younger women, and I do like to read about competent smart girls, but the heroine in this book starts to just do really dumb things and I couldn't get behind her when the plot progressed. Dominic was so closed off, which made sense, but I was equally annoyed with him in this novel.

I'm not sure I will ever read the second book to this duet, mostly because by the time I finished this one I was BEYOND annoyed. Had I known it was a duet, I might not have read it. This one just didn't work for me.
