Deanna Listens: Lethal Lit - a Tig Torres Mystery

Deanna Listens is a monthly feature on the first Monday of every month...err sometimes when I remember to do it, I created to showcase some of my favorite podcasts.

This is a fun one this month, because I am talking about an audio drama podcast that I was psyched to listen to -- Lethal Lit!

I found out about this audio drama because one of my favorite narrators Rebecca Soler plays the main protagonist in this story, Tig Torres. I love a good audio drama, so I was hooked. If you like a cool murder mystery that plays with the concept of it being a part of a podcast, I definitely would recommend this one.

This podcast has a great full cast of characters that you really wanted to believe in. In general the production on this one was pretty good too. There were times were the "bad" production felt like it was done on purpose so it made it feel more like a genuine podcast that a teen might actually be doing.

If you have podcast fatigue, I would definitely recommend this one because there are only six episodes! They are also not crazy long, so you could blow through them in a day. I'm not sure if this one is coming back for another season, I hope it does, because I really enjoyed it.

Happy Reads Everyone!
