#BeattheBacklist2019 Reading Challenge

I've never participated in Beat the Backlist before, and I'm not sure why not! This is the perfect thing for me to participate in because I am always reading older books and I am always so behind on all the books I want to read. You can check out the full event on Novel Knight's blog

This year there is even a fun little mini-event to declare your Harry Potter House and when you read books you earn House points. It's just for fun, but I'm declaring my allegiance to House Ravenclaw!

Since I am very bad at doing these things, I think I'm only going to attempt to read 30 books this year, and I might update it down the line if I get through a lot of these. Here's my list!

  1. Drums of Autumn by Diana Gabaldon
  2. Star Wars: Thrawn Alliances by Timothy Zahn
  3. Star Wars: Last Shot
  4. Leah on the Off Beat by Leah Albertalli
  5. When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon
  6. Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen
  7. Once and For all by Sarah Dessen
  8. Defy the Star by Claudia Gray
  9. Leviathan Wakes by James S.A Corey
  10. The Stolen Throne by David Gaider
  11. Dumplin by Julie Murphy
  12. Warcross by Marie Lu
  13. Center Ice by Kate Corrigan

  29. I See London, I See France by Sarah Mlynowski

I tried to make my list a good mix of genre and earlier than 2018 pub date. Which book should I read first?

Happy Reads Everyone!
